You’ve read my blog and articles, maybe you’ve seen me speak but now I am excited to announce that I will start a limited number of one on one coaching sessions for issues revolving around celiac disease or gluten-free living!

Living gluten-free can be tough for anyone, especially when you first get started. You leave the doctor’s office with orders to eliminate gluten from your life, but what does that mean? It is essential to have a support system not only at home but in the gluten-free community where everyone knows what you are going through and has your back. I’ve been through the anger, sadness, loneliness, frustration and depression associated with this lifestyle. I’ve lived with health ailments for my entire life from something that could and should have been diagnosed in my teens. My personal experiences, education and knowledge of gluten-free living and celiac disease allow me to help you transition or stay on the gluten-free path.

We can modify these sessions to your own individual needs. There are no cookie cutter programs or plans because we are going to help you get to where you need to be together! It takes a team to go gluten-free and I’m ready to be on yours! My PLC Coaching sessions are just what you need to get started, keep going or stay on track.

Coaching is in my blood. I absolutely love helping other people! It started with swim lessons when I was a teenager to becoming a lead trainer at the American Red Cross and then the Training Coordinator at children services and leaving there to open my own fitness facility and help people change their lives for the better. $75/hour in person (Columbus, Ohio area only)
$35/half hour over the phone or Skype
$30/half hour session if 5 are purchased at one time
$30 for 5 email correspondences

How do you get started?

  1. Send me an email with any inquiries including what you need help with and we can start there.
  2. I currently accept payments via PayPal only. Once we establish rates and schedule the sessions, I will send you an invoice via PayPal. No sessions will begin until payment is made in full.
